Our chess classes focus on having fun and allow students to develop important skills that he or she can apply to other areas of their life. Chess is a mentally rewarding game of skill that enhances cognitive development in children while providing a stimulating challenge. Chess is widely thought to be one the best exercises for the mind and allows two players to compete in head-to-head matches. Children learn to make decisions and live with the consequences. This enhances a student’s critical thinking and math skills while he or she is having fun. Class will be taught in English.
