Private students (private lessons, family groups, and kids & teens tutoring) must call LLC at least at 9AM in the day of a scheduled class, to notify us of a cancellation or schedule change. Lessons cancelled with less notice are forfeited (will be deducted from package or charged hourly) as we are obligated to pay for the instructor’s scheduled time.
